The customer built themselves a new detached house. The builder, an ambitious professional chef, wanted a kitchen with all the features of a restaurant kitchen, but with a more homely appearance. A blend of professional island and a sophisticated, but reserved design was called for. In addition, an elmwood counter was connected to the island. A complete furnishing concept was planned and executed.
